Consciousness Exercise

Your body is a constant and central part of your experience. Do you feel your body completely?

Notice where your feet are. Where in your experience do you find your feet? How far are your feet from your head? Feel the distance between your feet and your head.

Pick an object in your experience. How far is the feeling of your feet from that object? If the object is moving feel the relationship between your feet and the object in motion as it changes.
